Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in San Diego, CA.

Handling time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: 2–8 business days via standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may take longer.

We ship via UPS and USPS.

Free Shipping 

Free domestic shipping applies to the most economical standard shipping method that includes tracking. No signature.

Free shipping applies only to sharpening kits and the initial shipment. Additional shipments (for example, non-warranty returns or replacements) are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Firesharp Inc offers a 14-day free return policy. The return period begins on the date the product is marked as delivered according to the tracking information.

To qualify for a free return:

• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The product must include all original packaging and tags.
• The return request must be made within the 14-day return window.

We will not accept returns or issue refunds without prior authorization.

Returns that do not meet the free return criteria may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
