Warranty

The warranty period is the time during which a customer who discovers a manufacturing defect may request repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer. If proof of delivery is unavailable, the warranty period begins on the date of manufacture.

We will repair or replace products that have defects in materials or workmanship, unless the defect resulted from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Warranty service may include, at our discretion:

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent product
  • Replacement with a different model with price adjustment
  • Free return and full refund to the original payment method

To qualify for a free return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The product must include all original packaging and tags.
  • The return request must be made within the 14-day return window.
